ICON HOTEL is the official booking site for the stays run by logy, inc., based in Osaka. A townhouse with a sauna, a lodge in the snow, a pool villa by the sea — we only run places that are worth travelling for, and we run them ourselves.

What we do
We design and run our stays ourselves. Cleaning, keys and guest support are handled by our staff in each city, and bookings and payments are managed centrally through this site and our reservation system, Beds24. You can also find the same stays on Airbnb and other platforms — on the official site we pass the platform commission back to you as a discount.

How a stay works
- You pay 10% of the total when you book; the balance is due before arrival, following the instructions Beds24 sends you.
- Check-in instructions (how to get there and how to get in) are emailed before arrival. Most stays use keypad or smart-lock self check-in.
- At our stays in Japan, the law requires us to verify every guest's identity (passport for guests from abroad).
- Questions before you book, and changes or cancellations after, go through the contact form. We usually reply by email within one business day.
The company
